WashoeDEMS April Central Committee Meeting on Thursday, April 6 is hybrid. In-person is at 1465 Terminal Way Suite 1 in Reno or on Zoom.
WCCC members will be emailed a registration Zoom link. If you wish to attend as a guest please email secretary@

CHAIR

Chair Statement
Chief executive officer of the Democratic Party of Washoe County – presides over WCCC and Executive Board meetings; implements policies; appoints chairs of standing and special committees; authorized WashoeDEMS spokesperson.
FIRST VICE-CHAIR

Liaison with Affiliate Groups – maintain records of affiliate group bylaws; organize and lead quarterly joint meetings with the Executive Board and the Advisory Council; assume the duties of the Chair in the Chair’s absence.

Lead party fundraising activities – chair fundraising committee.
SECRETARY

Maintain non-financial records of party business – record and prepare the agenda and minutes for WCCC meetings, its Executive Board, and the WashoeDEMS’ County Convention; maintain a roster of WCCC members.
TREASURER

Maintain financial records of party business – prepare and distribute a financial report for the Executive Board; filed reports required by public disclosure or regulatory authorities; deposit and disburse party funds.
