SNAP Ends Friday — Let’s Make Sure No One Goes Hungry 
Join Indivisible Northern Nevada’s Nevada Day Food Drive
Friday, Oct. 31 | 11am–1pm
While Congressman Amodei and Governor Lombardo celebrate the Silver State this week, their choices are hurting the very people they represent. Because of the Republican shutdown, SNAP benefits will end on Friday — Nevada Day — and federal workers still haven’t seen a paycheck.
Lombardo says using state funds isn’t a “viable solution,” but that’s not good enough. As our communities’ children face hunger, both he and Amodei must take responsibility for the crisis they and their MAGA allies created — and start delivering real solutions for Nevada.
So we’re stepping up where Amodei and Lombardo won’t: taking care of Nevadans. 
INNV, Bans Off Our Bodies, Indivisible Carson City, 50501 NNV are joining forces and sponsoring food drives in Reno and Carson City. Same day, same time just different locations.

Bring your canned goods to help feed families across Northern Nevada. You’re welcome to hang out and protest as well – there will be a group of us there so just bring your signs and let them hear it!
