Our Mission: The mission of the Democratic Party of Washoe County is to support and elect Democrats in local and statewide elections while being proponents for Democratic values and positions.
We are the official Democratic organization for Nevada's Washoe County — home to Reno, Sparks, Sun Valley, Incline Village, and the surrounding communities of the Truckee Meadows.
We recruit candidates, train precinct organizers, register voters, and run the field program that turns Washoe blue every cycle. We work hand-in-hand with our state and local Democratic affiliates and clubs, as well as allied partners across northern Nevada.
