Precinct Organizing CommitteeOur Fundraising and Events team plans and executes all WashoeDEMS events, fundraisers, community events, and more. No job is too big or too small. Whether you can spearhead an event or be a worker bee, we have a role for you!
EmailOur Communications team handles all communications to our Central Committee members and Democrats across Washoe County — website, newsletter, and social media. EmailOur Tech Committee is responsible for all things tech! Zoom, Google Suite, software, apps, setting up hybrid meetings, audio-visual, you name it. We can use you!
EmailThe Rules & Bylaws Committee is responsible for receiving, considering and recommending adoption of all amendments to the WashoeDEMS Charter and Bylaws. The committee also conducts periodic reviews of the Charter and Bylaws, recommending changes, extensions, or other actions.
EmailThe Platform Committee convenes every two years to solicit input and develop the County Party platform which the delegates attending the biannual WashoeDEMS County Convention adopt.
